Maybe your dog is just warm cause your home is warm and maybe your dog was running around.

Doesn't necessarily mean the dog is sick.

Age of the dog? Any other symptoms? MEdical history?

Can you possibly provide more DETAILS

DETAILS???

If it is a large dog and /or it has large ears an ear canal infection can cause the ear canals and the side to top of the head to feel warm.
Justa warm to hot head is a bit hard to reference.
