All of Europe has a heat-wave,not only us here in North-America,but I'd take this any day over freezing cold.
There does not seem to be any relief though,Sun,Mon and Tuesday up to +34C.
This is the longest we've had the central a/c on any summer,my pool is 79F,just right and soooo wonderful!
I can see how people we no a/c succumbs to the heat,it must be unbearable

Thanks Puppyluv and Prin, but thankfully the heat wave has broken finally. Today was the first day at 98 degrees and it should be low nineties on Sunday. Yeaaaa! Actually, most people are used to hot summers and have AC in their homes, cars, everywhere! The sad thing is that's it's been hardest on the elderly. Many have had impaired circulation and weren't even aware of the heat dangers. One couple locally had a brand new AC that wasn't even turned on. The wife said her husband was always cold. He's the one that died. The counties opened up cooling centers where people could go to stay cool, watch movies, and generally wait it out. We were fortunate to not have the rolling blackouts of a few years ago. Some areas lost electricity for short times, but nothing like the days other areas in the East & North have experienced. We also have lower humidity, which helps.
