Pillow Pets

Tucker's new thing.... MUST sleep ON the throw pillows.

finally convinced him to sit on the couch... not the pillows...

Our elusive Nala...

trying to reach the milk in the bottom of the glass...

Miss Lulu... now known as WOOO-WOOO (as our 17mth son calls her)

an ACTUAL pillow pet... lol... our son's new "puppy". This breed is great... soft, machine washable, and quiet...

Did you convince Tucker to move to the couch or did he just slip off his pillow hill? He sure does look comfy!

I love Ms WoooWooos coloring and Nala's dramatic green eyes

awww, how cute!
my little Timber went through a phase of sleeping on top of the pillow.
in fact, he went through a phase of sleeping on the pillow and using my head for an extra head-rest.
luckily (for me), he's past that now
but it's still just so darn cute!

Aw come on. What do you really need decorative throw pillows for anyway?

I love that last picture of Nala. LOL, I've seen that look before on mine. It's that "*sigh* take the picture already and leave me alone."

Good thing there's lots of pillows! The boy has to be comfy y'know! Love Nala's eye colour. She looks very aloof.

lol, the throw pillows are only there to give the impression of a tidy couch... I don't care that he sleeps on them, they're all washable.

did you notice Tuck's big fat arse (2nd pic)?? yeah, that boy is on a diet. 61lbs... eegads... my fiance joked the other day and said "let's return him. he's not a medium dog as the shelter promised he'd be. he's 61lbs and according to the dog food can, that's a LARGE dog" lol.... so Mr. Tucker is on a strict diet of NO SCRAPS or extra cookies... of course if he wasn't such a couch potato (or the fact that we have a 17mth old who LOVES to share his mac & cheese w/ his doggy) maybe he'd shed a few pounds. (and believe it or not, he actually does get daily exercise)

OMG Jessie76 - I just rescued a dog that has been 'banished' from Ontario that looks exactly like your dog. Sorry I am off topic. Her name is Faith.

Beautiful.

Well the DNA has to prove what she is but apparently 'ressembles' a 'type' of dog. I can tell you that if you lived in Ontario - your dog would be ripped from you and either euthanized or sent to a research lab.

ahhh, I see. We have some of those absurd "bans" around here too... which is why Tucker's adoption papers state he's a basenji-mix. So what happens with Faith? Poor thing, I hope she gets a better fate than banishment.

But not as much fun.

I love all the snoozing pics of Tucker.

And the closeups of Nala and Lulu.

no need to be sorry! I'm curious to know how Faith makes out now! Tucker will be 4yrs old this April.

lol, rainbow.. no, the pillow pet is not as much fun. Our son DEFINITELY prefers his real live pooch! in fact, he crawls (or does the baby-frankenstein straight legged walk) around the house yelling TUCKKKK-A! and then gets all giddy when Tucker comes right to him.
