onster, you can pick up cow magnets for cheap at a farm store. They fit in your hand but are pretty powerful. If you've lost a pin, it'll pull it out of the carpet pretty easily--I use one to find needles I've dropped when I'm cross-stitching. I just pass it over the area where the needle drops and it sucks it right up.

No wonder!! He's now happy as can be! I have NO idea how he ate a needle, considering we havent been sewing at all and keep the kit locked away in a cupboard.

He's a happy camper now....does this warrant an emergency vet visit? He's acting normally now but I mean there was a needle in him :|

Crazy, crazy bunduk.
OMG, crazy kitty . Glad he is feeling better and that he will be all better quick.

They use cow magnets to make sure the herd 'sticks' together !

Actually, they are kind of a freaky thing, aren't they? Guess I should have explained it a little bit...

All I have to say is only Bunduk would do that.

I do have a cat that will eat Xmas ornaments if they smash. Learned that the hard way. My ex said to me one day, "I'm sure Ginkgo was eating an ornament they knocked down." I'm thinking, "lozer...as if." Sure enough the next day I hear chomp chomp and Ginkgo is eating the pieces of the broken ornament! Fortunately it was that sort of thin metal looking stuff not the glass ones. They are banned from my holiday celebrations, needless to say.

Holy cow! I just saw this. I'm so sorry about the scare. Poor Bunduk. I'm terrified of any of mine swallowing a needle. I have a sewing machine and during Halloween I make them little costumes. I always get so nervous when I have that stuff out and have to be VERY careful they don't get near the stuff.

Thank goodness he got that out though.
