Fergus the Scotsman!
I haven't been here in a while folks, sorry
My mother adopted a new doggie from the local SPCA, and he is amazing. They named him Fergus, which suits him just fine. Our vet even wrote a story about him in his column in our local paper! (He's kind of a big deal ) When we found the poor little guy, he was shivering in the back of one of the large pens at the shelter. He was so scared that he peed and didn't get up, so the shelter staff had to get him cleaned up before we could see him. It was the saddest thing I'd seen in a long time. But as soon as we got him outside, he was a different dog. Mom fell in love with him, and we took him to my house to have a good scrub. We also bought him some high quality food and new toys. Sadly he didn't know how to play with them, but he does now! Check out this little guy- can you imagine anyone giving him up???

A D O R A B L E! It is beyond me how anyone can give up any of their pets but it seems they do.
Give your mom a hug from all of us for adopting this little sweetie!!

Thanks everyone! He is one lucky pup, and they are both (my mom and Fergus) very happy with one another. We dog-sat two weekends ago, and he was one jumpy happy doggie when she came to pick him up!!
