Miss Peaches and Master Simon say hello again!

It's been quite some time, and many adventures have come and gone, but I wanted to pop in and say hello again to both new folks and long time pets.ca residents. Peaches and Simon are both well, far more so than anyone (including a lot of vets) could have ever hoped for. We had a bit of a walk to the Manassas, VA civil war battlefield recently, and so I figured I'd post a pic or 2 of our afternoon by the water

We are now, Peaches has unilateral heavily purilent nasal discharge and after 3 biopsies it was finally determined that she did not have cancer (after they told me she did). She ate a rug, had to have that removed, had surgery on her nose to stop nasal hemmorhages (sic?), but is now 1000000% healthy. Simon has been healthy all the way through, and just as cuddly as ever, though I shouldn't jinx us It's so nice to get caught up with where everyone else is here again, glad to see everyone's crew is healthy and happy!!!

Peaches and Lucky do look so much alike, right down to their purple 'Slush' tongues . What color are her eyes jawert1?

I'm so glad she's doing better...she ate a rug ? Silly pup, rugs are for shredding, not eating .

And Simon looks like a cuddly butt too . More pictures soon please .

LP her eyes are a real deep chocolate brown, and just the most expressive things ever. It's often in her eyes that I know when she's gotten up to no good, but that hasn't been for quite awhile (i.e. 6 weeks and counting without an incident).

Rainbow, she keeps us on our toes all the time, though now it's more in a "i'm going to attempt to ambush a bunny and dislocate your shoulder" sort of way. You know, how they're SUPPOSED to keep us alert ;-)

I'm just eternally grateful that Simon is healthy and happy, he's been my little rock through all of this. He is sooooo cuddly, right down to insisting on sleeping in our bed and being spooned under the comforter. Thanks for everyone's warm welcome on our return, it was hard to be missing for so long but now that she's healthiest and we've moved into our new home, I'll be around more with pictures!
