Well I took Tabitha in and they gave her the shot of Covenia and vitamin B. I asked the vet for the exact name and he said Staphylococcus
which is apparently a very common bacteria that is on the exterior of a cats body all the time and basically it went into her through her vulva area and infected her that way. We have to test her urine again in 2 weeks to be sure its gone. He also assured me its no contagious! whew I was wondering!

Thanks for all the well wishes again and lets hope my baby girl is on the right track now!

Same here, chico. Thorin and Nookie both have on their file that they are never to be given Convenia for any reason. I hope it works well for Tabitha though, and that she makes a full and fast recovery
