Cat With IBD and HCM

I have been to so many vets and spent a lot of money on tests trying to help my boy. He has been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. He regurgitates/vomits his first small meal of the day and sometimes even before that on the bed in the early morning. I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried different foods but nothing seems to help. Most of them were dry foods, the last one being a single ingredient, Rabbit, grain free. He would still vomit on that. He has been eating Fancy Feast Chicken Dinner Classics for the past three weeks or so and loves it but still will regurg in the morning.

This morning he had an especially tough time vomiting at 7:05a, 8:44a, 8:55a, and 9:32a. I took him, yet again, to the vet and he gave him a shot of Reglan. When we got home 25 minutes later, he vomited. He is always so hungry, eats his food like it's his last meal of the week.

I have his plate raised about 8-10 inches on top of a box. What is weird is that once he gets past this first morning feeding/regurg, the rest of the meals stay down without a problem. None of the vets can/will give me an answer as to why this is happening. Tomorrow I go see another new vet, this will be #6.

He's already been to expensive specialists, cardiologist, internist, but nothing changes. He's had a barium upper GI, heart and abdomen ultrasound, and 3 weeks ago an endoscopy, poor thing. Other than the vomiting he seems fine, will play, interested in the birds outside, litter box habits are fine, I just don't know what to do anymore. Sorry this is so long, once I started it was hard to stop. Does anyone have any answers or experience in this area?
