2yr old Male Bejion Friese-peeing problems!

Hi I have a 2 yr old male Bejion Friese and am having trouble with him peeing about the house. Mainly in the dining room-chair/table legs and clothes maid. He has never really had any problems with peeing in the house but I have had to move twice in the last 18months and wondering whether this is anything to do with it.
Although I am tired of cleaning up the pee I could cope as I think he will get out of this problem but feel so guilty on my new house mate as it always seems to be on her things and when she is in and not I. I am really wanting help on how I can resolve this problem as soon as possible!!!
Is there any smelling products that i could possibly put down to prevent him from doing this or anything? All help greatly appreciated!!
Thank you!

Is your Bichon Frise neutered? He is being territorial and this could be the problem. Some dogs still have this behavior even when they are fixed. Make sure your roommate doesn't leave any of her things lying around and close her bedroom door...maybe that could help...
