Will you people give permission to use your pics??

Sorry to put this here, but wanted people to see it!

We want to raise money at the next pet fair, and thought of framing pics with cute captions. All proceeds go totally to the animals.

The quotes used on pics will all be cute/funny/touching - nothing derogatory or mean.

Badger, raingirl, Marty and Minou's mom(sorry forgot your handle) may I use your pics? We want to use all rescue animals, so people can see how great they are.

Here's a sample of what they will be like!

Go ahead. I've got plenty more, just say the word.
Brilliant idea, by the way. If you need help, let me know.

LR, both of mine are rescues and you're welcome to use any pics of them if you want (I know I wasn't on the list)

Me too... They didn't come from small rescues but they're still adopted second hand doggies...

Lucky, thats a great idea - show off their irresitible appeal.

Zack and Percy are both adult rescues, you're certainly more than welcome to any pics if you wish.

Good luck with your fundraiser!

Thank you everybody!!

The pics have to have somewhat neutral backgrounds, like the one I posted. There can't be all kinds of personal junk in there, which disqualifies most of my own pics.

I only named those people above since I have pics of their pets on my computer.

I would like to use raingirl's Odin, and made up this one. I'll PM her.

Prin that's perfect! I just lightened it a bit!

Buddy will have to definitely be included.

Not sure how many we'll do since we don't know how well they'll sell. Will probably start with 10 or so and I'll let anyone whose pics I used know if they sold!!

Though Jesse hasn't been to Canada, she is a rescue so if you want to use pickle dog or any other pictures, you are more than welcome to!

Joey is sort of a rescue too, he did come from the ECS rescue, even though he is a rehome. You can use him if you want too.

Oh these are so cute. Will you be able to share more of them here on the boards?

(Joey was a rescue dog and I would love to give you a cute picture of him but he was petrified of the camera. Almost every picture we have is Joey slinking away. My son tricked him one time by sticking the lens through a hole in a cardboard box and feeding him a piece of chicken from the end of a cigar so that it looked as though he were smoking a cigar---but it came out too blurry. He was also scared of binoculars, LOL !! Because they get held up to your eyes he was certain that a flash would go off. )

Good luck with the fund raiser. With such beautiful babies how can it NOT be a rousing success ?

What fantastic pics! These all would lovely! Lucky, that photo of your little angel Stinkerbell - awesome!
I love the idea of adding quotes... what a nice touch.

I'm sure you'll have lots of great shots to choose from - likely more than you'll need.. but here is one pic of Zack without background clutter.

Jesse in the party hat is great!!

I'm also planning to put a paper on the back of the pic with the pet's name and the fact that they were adopted.

I'm hoping people will buy these - after all, it's for charity!

Here's Prin's dogs posterized.

LOL I don't have that many!

Lucky, you can use this one too, if you don't think it's bad advertising for rescues...
