Calculating your dog's Realage

I just found this neat website and I thought I'd share it. It's like the human RealAge test, but for your dog! I was pleased to find that Casey is quite "young" for his age (and he's not even a year in human age!).

Hope you guys like it too!

That was fun, Tamara! Phoebe is also young for her age. They give you the option to do your own realage, too. Did you do it? I didn't have the guts!

I didn't do it this time around, but I have in the past. I was also young for my age, but just by a little, thanks to bad genes (2 grandparents and one parent died before age 50, and one grandparent before 65). Funny the dog real age calculation didn't ask about lineage at all....

Iams and Science diet usually do some sponsership for these sites, because we all know that it is nothing more than glorified grocery store food in other word crap

Yeah, I was wondering about that!!!

What is Iams food like? Is it expensive vet clinic food? I know people here don't like it because of its cruel practices, but I have no idea if it is made from good ingredients or not. I'm guessing it is like Science Diet -- expensive but crap!

Keyto's DogAge is 62.7!

That's 5.6 years younger than the average DogAge for Keyto's breed.

DogAge is the biological age of your dog, measured in people years. Your dog is lucky to have such a good caretaker. You can make your dog even younger by checking out the details of your results below.

Yay! Thanks for that link!

I don't think they take large/giant breed into consideration enough when giving ages and some of their recomendations are off but hey, it is a neat tidbit. Oh, ditto on the "premium foods".

Iams is crap. That's why it made me laugh that it was listed as "super premium".
