Rawhides

Allright I know you're supposed to not buy bleached ones and that you can have too much of anything, but my question is how many are too many? Just FYI she already has a Kong and about 10 other chew toys, but she is a 5 month old Rottweiler who is teething and we've been fortunate enough not having her destroy anything, but she'll go through 1- 1/2 rawhides a week, sometimes just 1. But is that to many?

Any rawhides are too many!

They can cause choking and blockage in the intestines.

I sure hope you supervise when the dog is playing with them.

I don't even take the chance with my dog. Its too risky.

I don't give my dog rawhide. I'm afraid of it causing blockages.

Your puppy would be much better off with big marrow or rib bones to chew on.

Thank you, and bones are on their way! I have to admit though the " bully stick " has my curiousity peaked?
