Need help with petfinder ad

I'm fostering a cutie we call Loco that bounces like a pogo - very high energy, runs like goats (or is it sheep? or deer?), jumping more than speeding (we almost named him Pogo), barks and takes over peoples' conversations but will stop when asked to. His fur was trimmed, it can grow to a Yorkie coat length. He's 10 lbs.

As I was saying, we're fostering him for the SPCA and now it's time to place an ad about him on Petfinder to get him adopted but I have no idea under which breed category to place him, so I came over here for some help, maybe some of you can figure it out.

He was a stray so the SPCA () determined his age around 1.5 y/o. Please take a good look.

His tail curls upwards and his fur is a bit frisé.
