Smart owners!

This is the cutest thing I've ever seen. I wish we could teach all of our pets this.

Lost parrot tells veterinarian his address

The owners were really smart.

What a cute story, thanks for sharing. I recommend to people to microchip their pets!

Thumbs down Smart Bird, not owners

Let's give the bird some credit here. If the owners are smart, they wouldn't have let the bird got away.

The bird is smart for learning that, parrots are very intelligent animals. But it's not hard for a bird to get away even if you are careful. My cousin had a beautiful parrot for years. One day she was cleaning his cage and opened the door to get him. He'd always just hop on her arm and she'd transfer him to a little perch where he'd hang out until she was finished, this was in their screened in porch.

One day he just decided he'd fly out of the cage. He flew around and got our through an opening in the screen near the top. He never came back. We suspect he just got together with all the other wild parrots that were living in many of the trees behind her property.
