Sick puppy don't know what to do

I have a puppy I just got on the 16th of this month I took her to the vet the next day for her first set of shots and start her deworming Which it turned out she did have worms which she pass some that same day so like 4 days later she develop diarrhea and stops eating which was the day before thanksgiving I called the vet and they told me to feed her boiled chicken and rice which I still had a hard time trying to get her to eat so later on that night I now realize she wasn't drinking anything either so Thursday comes and the vet office is close and now all she does is lay around not eating or drinking anything and her diarrhea is out of control so I didn't want her to dehydrate so I was giving her pedialyte with an baby syringe because she would drink anything so Friday I take back to the vet because she still not eating and now she is passing so slime or mucus looking stool so now the doctor says she has a infection and give me some medince to give her twice a day for seven days so last night she starting this gagging like she trying to cough up something but nothing comes up and she has been doing it all day today not to mention she still has diarrhea and now I see live worms in her stool again this time they are small not long like the ones she pass after her deworming and she still have mucus like stool I don't know what to do

Given the symptoms your puppy is displaying it would be a good idea to have her back to the vet asap, if you are not comfortable with this vet then a second opinion is always an option. Good luck & keep us updated on your puppies condition.
