Unhappy Cranberry extract for UTI

My 4 1/2 month old puppy has a UTI, she is currently on antibiotics for it but I would like to help the process by giving her a craberry extract as well as I know it can help.

I bought Swiss brand CRAN-MAX 250MG, which is made for humans and contains DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Colloidal
Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. 34:1 cranberry extract.

I have read that this is an ok cranberry extract to give her but want to know how much I should give her. She is currently around 35 lbs (and growing as she is a Lab mix). It says to take 2 tabs per day for a human, how much would you give a dog? I was thinking of half a pill once a day.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated!!
