Can't find a cat food analysis ....
So I have 2 new roomies ... a friend and her cat. She feeds the cat dry kibble , she told me her cat pukes when eats wet food.
Bulle (bubble) is a female , 7 year old , spayed cat. She is not overweight but could loose 2-3 pounds. So my friend is feeding her the canadian Techni-Cal weight control. At $24.99 for a 6.6 lbs bag ... I think Kirkland has the better ingredients and price. What do you think ? From the ingredients alone, the Kirkland looks like a better product.
But I hate when people say my cats puke when they eat wet food or my cats puke when they eat premium foods. To me its a little silly, since 99% of the time these people have tried one brand, it didn't work and then they painted everything under the same brush. I cat sat for my sister last year. Three older cats, puked all the time. They fed them whatever was on sale but mostly cat chow. While I cat sat them I switched them to Evo dry and Merrick 100% meat canned food. Guess what? no puking. My sister and her husband couldn't believe it. But mind you they didn't continue, just because its easier and cheaper feeding them grocery store food. Regardless $24.99 for a 6.6lbs bag seems pricey to me, but I don't buy dry food. I switched to raw for 4 cats and probably spend less than that a month on their food. |
