dachshund diherrea and skin problem

I have a two year old dachshund and a seven year old Austrailian Cattle Dog. They'd been eating the same food, but we just switched to a bland food for sensitive stomach bc the ACD was having upset stomach issues. Now, Heidi, my dachshund, is having loose stools, sometimes with a little blood in it, and has a weird looking rash on her belly. She doesn't seem to be acting sick, and does not have a fever. She has no problem scarfing down the new food either. Any ideas of what might be wrong?

Thanks y'all!

If your pet is vomiting, bleeding, has diarrhea etc. seek vet care.
It would be irresponsible to allow someone to attempt to diagnose your sick dog on the internet. Please seek a vet's advice.
