ahhh , real cute both of them. I think the black one is a "regular" cat (looks just like my Paddington) the other look really fluffy , if he was bigger I would say , main coon ?

The Only Reason I Think He Has Bombay In Him ,Because he Sits With On My Lap For Hours ,Cuddles With My Other Cat, Likes Something Warm , He Has A Soft Pitch Meow And Talks Back To Me And Eats Like Crazy
On The Other Hand Iam Almost Postive That The Other Cat Has Aleast %90 Maine Coon In Him He Loves Water He Weighs Like 15 Pounds And He Got A Big Fluffy Part Right On His Neck |

They are soooooo beautiful. I have always wanted a black cat. The gray one looks so loving. I had a white cat for 16 years. I looked forward to a black one then white Pepper wandered up. I had him almost 18 years! I'm destined to have white cats!

Maybe this site will help you determine what breed. From sounds of things you already have a handle on breeds, you just want confirmation???
http://www.cfainc.org/breeds.html Your babies are adorable no matter what breed.

The black one has the sweetest little round face,I bet she's a girl.
The grey one is beautiful,it's unlikely they are purebred unless you bought them from a breeder. The grey could be part Maine Coon, but without the little tufts on the ears they have,or maybe Angora with a really soft fur.

I Think They Gray One Is Part Maine Coon/Javanese Because Of The Ears And Tail Which You Can't See
And The Black One Part Bombay/Amercian Shorthair What Do You Guys Think? |

Beautiful cats!
You know, I think that all cats are really princes and princesses in disguise. Your cats rule, and they don't need any mix with purebred cats to make them the best. I do agree with the poster who wrote that the grey long-haired kitty might have some Maine Coon in his/her lineage. As for Bombay mixes, it's hard to tell, as the Bombay is a fairly recent manmade breed, developed from crosses between a black American shorthair and a Burmese. It sort of looks like a regular black cat, except for the extra shiny fur. Your cat does look shiny, but so does my neighbour's Heinz57 black cat, the latter of distinguished alleycat background. |
