Exclamation Greetings to everyone in the pet community

I have 2 cats and a dog. They were found at the animal shelter and have been like members of the family for the last 10-14 years. The one cat is very ill. She vomits all the time, doesn't eat and I'm at a loss as to what to do. At first, I thought she simply had a hair ball issue, but now think it is more serious. Please help!

Has she seen a vet about this? Has she lost weight? Does she have less energy? Does she have bowel movements still?
