Wet Suit for Cocker Spaniel

Does anyone know where I can get a custom-made wet suit for my undersized Cocker Spaniel in the Greater Vancouver, British Columbia area? We want to have it custom fitted for Lady because she is not the "standard" size of Cocker Spaniel.

Lady loves to swim and we want to be prepared for the winter. There's no way in creation we can keep her out of the water where we live (Squamish, at the junction of 2 major rivers and numerous creeks) and even though the average winter temperatures hover between +5 to -5 C, the damp makes it feel much colder. Also, Lady is too small (only 20 lbs) for her metabolism to keep her warm once she's wet. Her fur is not "water proof" the way other water dogs' fur is and we have to keep it clipped quite short (1/4" to 1/2" long) in order to keep it from retaining water close to her skin and to keep snow balls from forming on her legs and belly when we go to Whistler to play in the snow.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
