New with a question....

Well Im new to this and I had a question that i would like some advice on I have just been offered to adopt a 6 month old boxer/pittbull mix I know the owners so i know the dogs in good shape and also has a good temperment because its been around alot of children i was just wondering if anyone can help me out in knowing what to expect and if its a good idea to take him in

think about..

Perhaps ask yourself, why are they giving up the dog, do you have a schedule that permits time with a very young dog, are you prepared for 14 years of commitment, do you live in a place that is dog friendly... Do you have the financial means to take care of a dog.. Just food for thought...
