Question Pug Puppies breathing

I had a question about one of my pug puppies breathing(ive been told its not an emergency) . My bitch just gave birth 2 days ago and all the puppies seem fine n healthy, just one (the runt) breathing seems to be a bit off. Almost sounds like a gurgling. I have been cleaning her nose n checking on her. I just want to make sure its nothing serious..which i have been told (also she could probably grow out of it)..but still i worry.. so could someone let me know if this is normal/common with pugs because of their scrunched faces? thank you

If this was a child you would go to the doctor....Call a good vet, good luck.
