DVP Venison formula

Looking at switching from wellness venison to possibly Dick Van Pattons Venison allergy food. Any opinions on this food? He seems to battle loose stool and turns his nose up at the Wellness. Hes on an elminination diet now to try and figure out what hes allergic too. He was on Canidae. The other food I was looking at was the Wolfking. Thanks all.

DVP is a good place to start with an elimination diet, as there is limited ingredients in it.

Thanks. I like how its an all life formula as well. The problem with the wellness is I wasnt totally sure how mch to feed him since hes still a puppy.

Hopefully he does better on this food and we can figure out what it is in the canidae that he was allergic too.

DVP Venison

My friends lab eats this as well as my sister's two dogs. They are all doing very well on this food. Be careful not to overfeed any holistic food as it can cause runny/loose poops.

thanks guys..Picked up a bag tonight. I'll start to introduce it slowly. Fed him a few as treats and of course he wolfed them down.
