Missing Quensville Yellow Lab (since Friday night, May 11th)

Buster is missing since Friday night, all the places we called were closed for the weekend - we fully expected to hear somethign today but nothing

Location: Corner of Doane Road and Warden - we are at 19872 Warden Ave

As you can see, Buster is a beautfile (intact) male yellow with blue collar, I fear the worst - stolen or hurt

We have a poster in Vince's and starting to print off more for local area mailboxes

Here are some photos

He's beautiful,I sincerely hope you get him back!!
Beeing in tact,he might have followed the scent of a female in heat..
Stolen?? I don't even want to imagine that, studs can be very profitable in the wrong hands.
Hope you post again, with some good news!!

Thanks for you note: We just moved in late last fall - it is 1 50 acre piece of property and we found evidence of a small marijuana patch. I made it clear that we found the patch to discourage a repeat performance this year

I hope Busters disapearance is unrelated....

I live on Kennedy and our daughter works at the OSPCA, I've told her and if animal control pick-up an injured dog they take it to their shelter on Woodbine. Sometimes it's worth a trip to a facility rather than just calling. Animal control for this area take dogs that are picked up to their facility in Georgina on Civic Centre Road. If it were I, I would visit both places plus the Kennel Inn in Aurora.

Thanks Chris,

Buster is back!

We found out during a visit to the Queensville hardware store - they know everyting there

a women found him collar-less on day 2 of his adventure, but the shelters got their wires crossed somehow so she fed and housed him for a few nights - she kept him indoors so all of my calling when unheard...

Love happy endings! He's a gorgeous dog. I'm not sure if it cuts down on wanderlust as in cats, but you might think about having him neutered. Neutering is better for his overall health and if he ever took off again, he would be of no use to people who breed and mistreat animals for $$$.

Great news!!!
I hope you gave that woman a hug for beeing sooo kind, too bad she did not see any of your postings.
I agree with the others,Labs are a popular breed, beeing in tact would make him a great catch for a puppy-miller or back-yard-breeder.
I would definetly have him neutered!
Thank's for the good news
