Lightbulb I've written a book and I could use some opinions on the title - help please

Hi members,

I could use some creative help if anyone has some suggestions.

I have written an ebook on understanding camera exposure (the other hat I wear is that of a photographer for those that may not know) and I can't make up my mind about a title. Here is the image I'd like to use as well as a few titles that i thought might be catchy.

The (understanding exposure by marko kulik) will probably be the subtitle to any of these choices but I feel i need a catchier main title.

Does anyone like any of these ideas?

If not does anything come to mind?

Many thx in advance!!!!!

- Semi automatic weapons of mass creativity
understanding exposure by marko kulik

- Menage a trois by way of Aperture, shutter speed and ISO
(understanding exposure by marko kulik)

- Expose and be free

- Get creative and expose yourself

- Show your camera who's boss

- Take control of your camera's exposure

- Conquer camera exposure and be free

- Conquer exposure and make spectacular images

- Conquer exposure and make stunning images

- Conquer exposure and make creative images

- You are so much smarter than your camera

- Conquering camera exposure

- Conquer camera exposure in 2 hours

Hey Marko

Kudos to you on writing a book! Here are a few suggestions to work with. I think you might also want to keep in mind since it is an ebook how people will search for your book. You want the title to strike some hits when googled right? so maybe the title has to have something in it that will result in many searches via the internet???

Oh and I love the picture!!!!

Good Luck!!

Congrats on the book Marko. I would have neither the talent and most certainly not the patience. I like SCM's idea a lot! I LOVE the picture.

Hmmm exposure exposed eh? Not bad at all.

Just curious about a modification to the subtitle though.

Does this work?

Does anyone like the conquer theme?

It's good but how did you come up with is taking only 127 minutes or less?
I know it would take me longer than that.

The image should be attached to post 1 - Can you not see it?

I came up with 127 minutes because if you read the ebook with your camera in hand, that's all it should take. The book itself is only 95 pages and there are many many pictures that help take up some of those 85 pages.

(I might change it to 137 minutes or 147 minutes though)

I can see the photo in post # 1 , for some crazy reason I got a link to click onto and thought that was another photo of your, but it was car insurance. I have no idea why I got that link. Ok , I got you now, I still do not have a camera , I only used the old fashion ones that use film. I have no idea what to look for when buying a digital camera. I wish best of luck I your new book.

Thanks BK - just so you know, your old camera that shoots film - it's still likely a fine camera and can still be used today.

I agree, I still think nothing beats my old Pentax SLR! but finding film now days and a place to process the film is nearly impossible I remember when I went to school, my best days were the Dark room days

Ok , I have to see if I remember how to use it.

Jull , I know it's harder to find a place to process and I think Kodak has stopped making their film . I like to take black and white photos as I liked work with the light and shadows. I remember when we had a camera called a Brownie . It was so easy to use a monkey could had use it.

The first thing I thought of for a title was "Decent Exposure"...you know...a play on "indecent exposure"... But then I figured you'd probably want to shoot for more than just "decent" exposure, plus, if I had to explain the thought process behind the title, it probably wasn't a good one!

Congrats on the book, though! Any idea when it will be available?

Thanks for the comments and suggestions everyone.

I'm heavily leaning toward:

Exposure Exposed:
Easily conquer camera exposure & make stunning photos.

or

Exposure Exposed:
Easily master camera exposure & make stunning photos.

or

Exposure Exposed:
Master camera exposure & make stunning photos.

(Just as an FYI, I like the word easily in the title because most people think camera exposure is hard)

But as far as these titles go Do you like them? Do they work? Which one is best?

Thx again!

Of the three, this one gets my vote:

Exposure Exposed:
Easily master camera exposure & make stunning photos.
