Thumbs down Cat eye swollen/watering

Hello there!

This afternoon I noticed that my 12 year old cat has been holding her eye half closed and it is all watery. It looks a little swollen on her upper eyelid as well.

This is one symptom of the cat cold but she has no other. She is acting like her normal self.

I attempted to clean it and came back with nothing.

Picture to follow as soon as she wakes up.
