Spring in the air??

Today it was beautiful,Vinnie was outside helping dad clean stuff off the pool-cover
He is absolutely in love with the skimmer, does not care if he gets wet.
Here you can really see how chunky(fat)he is

Those pics are too cute! Hey Vinnie, tell mom to relax, you're still in shape. Round is a shape! We loves you just the way are.

Mmmm, he does seem to be a wee bit heavier than before. He must has snuck in here with my gang. A lot of them are a wee bit heavier from over the winter too. Now the weather is finally warming up they will start being more active and hopefully wear off some of that weight.
Love the pics of him and his pool skimmer. Funny how he reacts to it.

Awww lol Chico, that first photo is so cute. Vinny is saying, "Dad, I'm not the pool!"

I know you have had Vinnie on a diet, but would kitty diet food help? I remember you've had them on Wellness.

He must love it outside, he looks so happy. Rather rotund . LOL. Try as I might I just can't picture Vinnie streaking up a tree the way my cats do. Must be hard though to keep any sort of animal fit during your cold months. Although .... my Pheobe is an indoor cat and she is in lovely nick, Chico2, are you a little bit generous with the food?

Oh Vinnie - silly boy. The vet is only trying to help.
Just remember chico that cats should never lose weight quickly. He may have lost a little bit and the rest has rearranged itself. That's what I keep saying whenever my clothes don't fit the way they used to. Ooopss, something else fell.
My vet has told me for every pound a cat loses it's equivalent to a human losing 20 pounds. So think about how long it would take someone to lose that much and go from there. (Don't use our friend kr though. She's an extreme case.)

Vinnie, at least, looks awfully happy to be outside in the sunshine with Dad again! If Chico won't cooperate, though, we need some inside shots, pls!

Awwwww, Vinnie, there is more of you to love .

I am getting so excited to see more of your wonderful pics of your boys outside in your beautiful yard, chico

I so understand your concern about Vinnie's weight. Not so easy to take off the weight of a kitty in a multiple cat household when you have two cats with totally different appetites.
