Unhappy Help my dog!

my rat terrier seems dehydrated, just had a litter of puppies 2weeks ago. Constantly panting, weak, shaky.

The dog needs to be examined by a vet. Dehydration is EXTREMELY SERIOUS.
Keep the dog cool. Fill a turkey baster with water and put it into the side of her mouth and squeeze.

There may have been a problem with the delivery...there may be other problems..but these are serious.

go to a vet!!
