That's a question for your vet.

But if she has just gotten into something that needs to be cleaned off I'd just wipe her off with a cloth in the dirty area and stay away from the insision - unless she got that dirty - then wipe it off "gently" with plain water - no soaps.

I bathed my dog a week after her spay..just because she was a little tender and I didn't want to stress her out..if you see that the place where she was stitched up is healing well and is clean (free of infection/etc), then you could probably bathe her within 4-5 days?

I would probably call my vet too though..just to make sure if its ok..

We tell our clients to wait until the sutures are removed. (If they are dissolvable sutures, definately wait until they have dissolved). Unless the vet okay's it, you want to avoid getting any of the sutures wet.

I would bath the dog after the stitches are removed so that nothing infects the area.
