Too cold in Montreal for my Boston!

Help! My Boston terrier can't take the cold but she really needs to play and socialize! Is there any such thing as indoor dog play groups in Montreal? Or if you have a small un-insulated dog in Montreal, what do you do to cope? I could really use some advice.

I'm in Montreal too and have a pit bull with no more hair than your dog has. Buy her a warm coat - preferably with legs in it - and boots and take her out for a run. This works very well for my dog.

Are you living here, Harpo, or just visiting? If you are just visiting, you may also be a stranger to the road salt that we use here to melt the ice on sidewalks. As LR said the coat and boots is the best idea, but if your dog hates the boots like mine did, you can't forget to clean the salt off of their paws with a little warm water(dry wiping is not really enough) or they will lick it and it's really bad for them, not to mention the cracks that it can produce on the pads.

If you're a good ole Montrealer, then sorry for my babbling!!
