My dog's stomach contracting...obstructed GI?

Last night at 4:00 am Mango woke me up, very unusual for her. In the morning, she refused food and moved very slowly. I enticed her with some fresh food and she ate a few mouthfuls but threw it up within 2-3 mins. She immediately curled up and rested in a slow and lethargic way. Her vomitus had some yellow bile but no blood. Her stool looked normal. After a while, I gave her water sprinkled with dry cheese, she drank about half of it, usually she would finish it and lick the bowl, but at least she held the water down although her stomach contracted as if to vomit Her temperature is normal. I assume that she ate something that may be obstructing her GI tract. I saw her gnawing on a bone, which she does quite often, and wonder if she swallowed a piece. I palpated her abdomen but no reaction from her. She hasn't been playing with any other dogs recently. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance....rjf79

Advice given. Please post, in a new thread, what the vet says about your poor dog.
