Hello from the girls
Hi, new here today, my girls and I live in Vancouver. Both of my girls are rescue/pound puppies as it were. Shadow is a 7 1/2 year old Akita/Heeler cross and Halo is a 4 1/2 year old Lab cross (but looks like a slightly small lab).

Shadow has separation anxiety issues, and has for the past six years. Working with a behaviorist did not resolve her issues and she now happily attends doggy day care while I am at work. Halo has food allergies, anything remotely related to poultry and most grains.

Both dogs were adopted as 8 week old puppies so the anxiety and food allergies were not the reason they were up for adoption. I just got lucky and picked two girls with issues. That's okay - we love em anyhow

Anyhow, look forward to participating in some discussions on the board, and look forward to picking up some tips from time to time.

Thanks for all the kind hello's. Don't have my pictures just now, will get one soon and post it. Both of the girls are black and hard to photograph! Thanks again.
