Kitten with hip dysplasia, maybe?

My kitten seems to have problems with her hips-- she walks with her legs out at a ninety degree angle to her body, and cannot put her legs underneath her body. Her littermates do not have this problem. Is it possible that she has hip dysplasia, or something like that, or is it just that she has not developed the muscles yet?

Thank you for your time!

Has she always been like this? Sounds like some sort of birth defect. Let us know what the vet says!

She's only about 4 weeks old, but the whole litter is VERY advanced for their age...and they have been easily walking around (20 to 25 feet) for almost 3 weeks now. She seems to get around okay, but she looks kind of like a frog while she's doing it, and I worry that it is painful for her or that it will become painful as she gets bigger.

There is a defect which will cause this - sometimes there are bones missing in the kitten's legs. You must take her to the vet to see if anything can be done about this, as it will cause severe problems as she gets bigger.
