What about boring spinach?

There is a really easy entree recipe with spinach, I'll try to translate it in english, hopefully it will be clear!

300g of Spinach
1 small sliced onion
2 garlic sliced (you know, those little quarters...) :P
1-2 sliced tomatoes
Bacon bits (as much as you want!)
shredded cheese of you choice (i chose strong cheddar)
salt and pepper
a bit of olive oil

Oven at 400F
You put the oil in a pan, and onion and garlic
You put the spinach in the pan and the bacon bits, until the spinach in soft
Salt and Pepper if you want
In a plate for oven, you put the mix from the pan
Put the sliced of tomatoes on the top on the mix
Put the shredded cheese on top of it
Leave it in the oven until the chease is melted

Sounds tasty... You could probably boil the spinach first if you're watching your fat...

I would not have a good afterwards if I tried that....*sigh* I'm allergic to spinach....
