Question Kitten Scratching Ears

I have 2, 5 month old kittens, brother and sister - Harley keeps scratching his ears and now has dry skin, bumps, and are white on the edges of his ears - what is this?

Of course if it's not a simple solution I will take him to the vet but since "adopting" these adorable, mischievous kittens a month ago, we have spent $500 dollars on vet care - with upper resp infection, ear mites, tape worm, conjunctivitous.......... any help is appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Are you sure the ear mites are gone?

I really have no idea what these symptoms mean - it could be allergies....??
What are you feeding them?

Did you adopt these kittens from a rescue or shelter?

Hi I agree with LR.

It COULD still be ear mites. In case it is and you need info on symptoms, here's a tip I found on this site.

Hope it helps,

Homer
