The Fuzz Babies - Inside!

Here's a hodgepodge I took last night and tonight - they are quick ones, and the lighting in the room I'm keeping them in is bad, so there are a lot of glowy eyes..

Here's Ethel taking a well deserved break
Igby eating Ethel's foot

Caught Cappy in a lick
All three really love that green mouse - I have lots of pics of that, but I think one right now is enough
Probably my favorite picture - he looks like a vertical chalk outline

more to come!

I am so happy you got them in and you are right about Ethel getting a well deserved nap, she probably hasn't had a good sleep since she had those precious babies. Now her body can start recouperating from kitten birth, nursing, and hunting.

You are an . She will be so happy when she is spayed, her true personality will come out then.

Looking at Ethel snoozing, she must be so relieved to have help with those little munchkins, she sooo deserves a rest after having managed to bring up 3 very healthy looking babies.
I and,she will be able to stay with you.
The kittens are all beautiful,I adore Tabbies, but that little black one is amazing looking,so cute it brings tears to my eyes
I wonder if that white fur will go away and I just noticed his paw-pads are brownish?? Chico has black paws.

OMG! The cuteness is about to send me over the edge! I'm so happy you were able to get all of them and keep them safe into your home. My heart breaks whenever I see a cat outside, and especially such a young cat with kittens.

Ethel and her babies are lucky you found them.

Ethel is a lot better! She's stopped moaning, and she's just happy to see us! Her diarrhea is gone too - so hopefully her big belly will go down soon

Yeah, right now she has no interest in playing, or anything, but I'm sure once she's spayed she'll be frisky like she should be!

Yeah, Cappy has brown paw pads, and a little white tip on his tail I can't seem to capture it in pictures, though. He also has tabby markings, but they are brown on black, so they are hard to see. He's such a fluffball

We saw Jake's 'one eyebrowed baby' - the black stray in our neighbourhood go towards Ethel's old den - so we think we know where Cappy came from No wonder Jake had such a problem with Ethel

Sweet Pea was like that until her kittens were actually GONE (last one left at 5 months). I think they just wore her out. She was a very good momma.

Well then you are obligated to keep snappin' and postin' them pictures until we can see those markings. We will let you know when, I promise

Holy pressure batman!
Sorry, I had to go out of town over the weekend - although I missed an ample kitten sleeping pile-up opportunity - I always forget my camera when I get in there!

Okay, I'll see what I can do tonight..

Oh! I almost forgot! I managed to get even the elusive CC her roundworm medicine on Saturday (making her even less of a fan of me, but what are you going to do) so now all kitties have their first round of medication in!

I'm glad you manged to get hold of CC.

How is everyone doing? Is Ethel adjusting well? Have you been able to convince FH how great it would be to have 3 kitties?

Everyone is doing well.. I tried the ol' wet food on the hand trick, and managed to get Cappy and Igby to eat off of my hand, but not that CC.. she just hisses and runs - the only reason I was able to catch her was because she was sleeping.. *sigh*

Ethel is doing great! She still looks like she wants to nap, but I don't know how many opportunities she has to do so - all three kittens seem to think her tail is a permanent toy..

I thought I was making leeway towards FH re: Ethel - saying that we wouldn't want to see her dead in the street, and how sweet she is, and he agreed with both.. and then we went to his parent's house yesterday, and he made a mention about dropping her off at a different shelter..
I'm hoping he was just kidding.. I had a headache, so it was hard to tell..

I hope he was kidding too. I'd hate to see her go outside again. Do you know anybody that might want her, that you know would keep her safe?

To be honest with you, I've been plugging these kittens, and I don't even know if anyone is going to take them.. *sigh* I'm not sure if I'll even be able to give them away. But I just can't part with Ethel, so he'll have to deal with it - I told him we could still get a dog too - I think if we gave her away he'd be sad - he just doesn't want to be a crazy cat person..
