LOL Ok then. Hi Elvis! I thought the colours may be a bit bright for a gals. They tend to be a little more muted don't they?

Yep, but sexual dimorphism gets a lot less noticeable when you get into certain colour morphs. I've had some people say that since he is 1.5 years old, he should have lost all of the pearling on his back by now. Some others have said that sometimes boys keep it, so we'll see if he actually ends up losing it, or not (i hope he doesn't)

He can wolf whistle and tries to copy whistles I show him on Youtube. I really need to teach him some Elvis tunes, though!

Very neat! He's too young to be going after the girls already!! I have a male peach face love bird. Used to have his mate but she died suddenly last year. I think they have been overbred. Is that possible with birds? Before that I had a black face. He was a suck.
Elvis is very handsome however he looks.

Unfortunatley, I think that every species of domesticated animal can fall victim to over breeding. The problem always lies with uneducated or willfully ignorant breeders... They are interested in quantity not quality, and if you consider big chain pet stores using 'brokers' for their animals, your problem becomes even more scary. It's really sad...

Elvis is handsome!

I had a cocketiel called Coco back in the 70's. I had to get rid of him cause he would attack my 1st hubby before he became my hubby....I should of taken that as a omen to not marry him too!

hehe! I know how that goes. My cat used to pee on my ex's stuff all the time. After we broke up and I was waiting to buy him out of our house, my cat peed on his bed a million times while he was out of town working.

Hindsight is 20/20 though, right?
