Newfie St X wont put weight on

Hi All,
I'm hoping that someone can help me. I have a 2 year old Newf St Bernard cross. She got pretty sick over the summer- vet discovered it was contaminated food. Got that whole issue resolved. But due to the issue she lost a lot of weight. I have been working really hard with the vet, but still cant seem to get weight on her. She wont eat most dog foods (after that mess in the summer I dont really blame her). The only one she will eat and can keep down is Ol'Roys - Orange bag. Other than being under weight, shes very healthy.
I could really use any suggestions to help get some meat on her bones.

I would look for continued treatment for bacterial overgrowth, maybe with tylan, and certainly feed a food better available nutrition.
