Red face She Driving Us Crazy

One of our rescues won't stop meowing and at first we though it was her calling her babies but she doesn't care to feed them and so we though maybe she wanted something to eat even though there's always food out for them but no that wasn't it, she been to the vet and he said there was nothing wrong with her, none of the foster home's will take her cause of this and she going to put us all in the mad house at this rate.

How old are the babies? Is Mommacat spayed? If not, she is probably in heat.

If she isn't spayed and her milk is dried up, you can get her spayed now.

When was she spayed? My cat did that before she was spayed and it took a while (about 2-4 weeks) for the spay to "kick in". Hopefully that's all it is.

No her milk hasn't dried up and her babies are around two months or so and feed when they can from her, I wish I could get her fixed now cause the meowing never stop.

Shannon, two month old kittens do not need to nurse.

Take mom and put her in a room by herself, and don't feed her for one day. Her milk will dry up, and you can have her spayed.

Many queens will call constantly while in heat, but this should stop once she is spayed.
