I really hope the poor cats find a deserving home quickly.
Oooh, seeing things like that make me so mad!  They almost have me convinced that they should do door to door searches for cats, except the city would be doing it for the wrong reasons, to make money off of licences and not to protect the poor animals. :sad:

Oh Gawd!! UI too want to utter some VERY BAD words!!!! Words not suitable for a family web site!! Those poor kitties. As someone commented on the site, it was pure evil!!! I hope the person(s) who did this will be caught and prosecuted as much as possible - we still need stronger laws for pet protection!!!

The owners of the cats must be mentally ill. That is so sad for all involved, especially the animals. Hopefully there can be a happy ending for a few of the cats involved.
