Red face Help...I still cant seem to post a picture

So I have tried to post pictures to my thread, but for some reason bigger than me I can not seem to figure it out. I have pictures in photobucket, I i think i reduced the size of the picture i was trying to post, but all i got was the little box with red X in my post.

seriously, im really not computer illiterate... some help please?

What I do: go to www.tinypic.com

Click 'browse' and select the picture from whatever file on your computer. Then there is an option to resize. Select 'message board' or 'email' size so it's not insanely big. Hit 'upload' and then copy/paste the link with the [img] [/img] tags.
