Smile Help!

My dog Abby is pregnant and she ahs started lactating...Does anyone know about how long we have b4 she gives birth?? What do I need to do for her? This is my 1st time so, i would be greatful for any help...thanks

there really is nothing to do..besides wait and make sure she is breathing and staying calm..thats all i can think of

Shes acting normal other than she is lactating...do you know how long b4 she gives birth/.?

Maybe you should see a vet with any concerns to make sure she is healthy.

Also, you should consider having her spayed to prevent this from happening in the future.

I have no idea but your vet would be a good resource. Just call them and ask.

The internet is not a vet, there is no vets here. If you're dog is pregnant, you should have her check out by a vet, because you obviously don't know what you're doing.

If you need advice, the internet is not the place to go. If you were ready to have a baby, instead of going to the doctor would you sit home and look at what to do on the internet first???

I have family members who are vets, but that don't give me a reason to feel like I know anything. I always refer people to see their vet, instead of asking either of my cousins for advice

but you are not qulified to be a vet, so the best thing to do is call one their is no change for a phone call and it takes the same time as it does to look up the answers.
