Hello all,

I'm the proud owner of Jessie, a 14 year old black lab. My interest is primarily dog health issues as Jessie has recently undergone laser surgery for squamous cell carcinoma. She had one tumor in the mouth and one lymph node in her neck was infiltrated.

We now have Jessie on some alternative anti-cancer meds, Neoplasene and
artimisinin. Other people have reported really good results with all types of cancers in dogs and cats.

If anyone is currently using these alternative treatments please feel free to drop me a line.

Welcome to the board, packrat!

A 14-year-old lab! Obviously, Jesse's been well loved! If you have some pictures of your girl, we'd love to see them.

Good luck with the treatments. I hope you have many more years together

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, aside for the cancer and the weak hind legs
our Jessie is in pretty good shape for her years. I attribute that to the
Nutri Source dog food we've always used.

Here's a pic of her doing her favorite winter activity - rolling in the snow:

welcome to the forum packrat, if you use the search option at the top and type in " neoplasene" all the threads already started about it will come up. There is one there with pictures to give you an idea of what to expect. They contain alot of helpful information for you. Good luck with the treatment.
