What's wrong with my dog?

I just brought my dog into the vet today to be spade. He called back and said that he did not do the surgury because she had excessive fluid in her abdomin, an enlarged liver, a fat build up and a displaced spleen.
He said that it could be that she is just under developed, she is 5mo. old. More than likely nothing wrong, but is doing test to make sure.
What could it be? Is this somewhat common? Please help.
She is supposed to be a Lab/Standerd Poodle cross, but I think as do many that she may have some Irish Wolf Hound in her.

I think he means for spaying.

Sittler, I don't have any idea - I imagine it would be pretty well impossible to know from a description over the internet. I hope your girl is OK, though.
Keeping my fingers crossed it's nothing serious.
