25 pups rescued from farm near Arthur Ont.

Just found a disturbing photo and blurb about 25 pups that were rescued from a farm near Arthur Ontario on Monday. The picture showed a 4 month old Australian sheep dog with lascerations all over his back that has since been shaved down for treatment. Just awful! Surviving animals being held at Guelph Humane Society. Tsk Tsk.

These dogs were being fed *stolen* miniature horses and sheep.

It started as an O.P.P. investigation on mini horses and sheep being stolen from area farms. The *thieves* were using theses mini's and sheep to *feed* the dogs. The two young men who have been charged, are in their early 20's.

This week in Ontario, OSPCA went in and seized 33 starving horses. The "owners" of these horses went to Hong Kong and left them!

I emailed this shelter offering to pick up and foster this guy, happily to report one of the vet techs took a liking to him and is adopting him!

Forget jail sentences and fines put them in a wire cage a little too small for them and dirty water and no food and let them live in their own feces and just ignore them for 6 month or a year and see if they have a change of attitude. Forget the courts because our liberal government is only interested in banning a breed instead of facing the real problems so in fact nothing or very little happens to these low life scum.
