10+ Year old cat needs help!

Please look at the pictures of sweet JEremy. HE was found living outside and was being fed by some nice young ladies for quite a few months. A volunteer from Steri-Animal picked him up and brought him to a vet clinic where another volunteer of Steri-Animal works..

HE tested negative for Fiv & Felv and after a nice bath he looks cute. He is about 10+ years old and has nearly no teeth left.

The volunteer at the vet clinic, did dentistry on him to clean the remaining teeth and pull the rotten ones out - he may have 2-3 teeth left now

She did a full geriatric blood profile on him and he is quite healthy for his age, considering he lived on the streets for quite a while. He may need some medication for his thyroid a little later on, right now is is only slightly hyper thyroid.

He needs a retirement home. HE is super sweet and loves to be cuddled. Does anyone know of a nice home for sweet Jeremy?

If so, please PM me or call Steri-Animal directly- 514-859-9008

He is very handsome and looks quite regal perched on his pillow. What happened to his left ear? I hope someone can give him a new forever home.

The vets have determined Jeremy is atleast 15 years old, this healthy cat is still looking for his retirement home.

Jermey has spent too many cold winter nights outside last year, he lost bit of his ear tips due to frostbite.

If anyone is interested in adoption Sweet Jermey, please contact me.

I wish I had room for this darling boy, the old ones really get to me. I'm glad he's safe for the moment.

Is Jeremy Safe?

Is Jeremy safe right now? Is he in danger of being euth'ed? Is he living at the vet? I would assume he needs to eat soft food.

Yes, he's at the vet clinic, he's in no danger of being euthanised. We are looking for a home for him.

I emailed a girl from SteriAnimal about three weeks to a month ago and offered to take him. She wrote back that a woman was going to adopt him but that she needed a bit of time to acclimatize her newest rescue with her original cat. Did this fall through?

If he really is 15 and needs a retirement home then I will take him. Because I have limited room, I only want to help those that really don't have a chance anywhere else.

I am going to speak to them and get back to you. I was at an adoption day with them not that long ago, his picture was in the binder for cats available for adoption.
