We took the pooches to the lake for one last hoorah back in September. Poor babies were so cold they were shivering. Still chased after the darn ball, though. You have troopers there!

A couple of my guys will continue to wade into and lay down in any puddle they can find as long as they are able to break the ice on it. They both also like to jump into the horse trough and lay down in the water after a good run around the fields.

They do like that water for sure! Amber does the same thing - doesn't matter how cold it is - if there's water, she's in it!

omd, I'm shivering just looking at the pics! The Pack is appalled, too--they duzn't likes water at awl!

*shiver* *shiver*

I think I'll stick to snow shoes as my winter activity instead...

Most of mine love the water, spring, summer or fall. Wouldn't catch me in there this time of year though.

Snowshoes are good I used to do a lot of snowshoeing before I got my snowmobile to break trail for sledding.
