Poppy and Lola...
Hmm Im not sure when I last posted pics of these two.. maybe when Poppy arrived 2 months ago?

Well now they sit near each other without fighting/ hissing etc.. (yay)....

here they are today sunbathing...

much to my own amazement... they aint in love but they now have the odd nose touch/ tail sniff.... which is a HUGE step.... its only been 2 months or so... and Poppy was out and about day 2...... they eat out the same bowls... at the same time.... so its all good... they should be ok for flying home in November where they meet 2 more cats and a dog!!! (my mother cant wait hehee)

I bet when you get home they get even closer! They will band together in the face of the new strangers. It should be very interesting!!

fur may fly..... lol.... literaly i dont think Poppy will bother she used to live with about 20 cats in the shelter... but Lola was on the street and gets upset with being moved about....

Poor Lola will have the biggest adjustment. I am sure she will do just fine! If she was on the street she was probably used to other kitties. A lot of cats don't like change. It takes a while to get over it but I can't see any issues for her. She has you looking after her best interest!

yeah when she hears the cats fighting outside she jumps on the window ledge and hisses and meow... its odd...

well plus shes moved home a few times .... im her... 2nd owner not including catsnatcher...in not even a year but BIG changes... i noticed she no longer hides from people.... rarely hisses (unless I wiggle the mouse under her...)

ahhh I'm so glad they're getting along !! BTW I like the view from your appartment , and I have the same comforter cover (Ikea) I love it because Nelly can zoom all she wants on the bed and it doesn't rip like the other ones.

Your kitties seem very at home

the view is great im in NDG but my neighbouring building has a floor less.... so i can see out to the trees etc....

oh yes.... funnily lola is handing the olive branch she is the one who initiates the sniffing... they were both sleeping next to me on bed this morning .... funnily poppy hasnt forgotten how lola was when she first got here.... they are uniting in the heat!!!!

its cute... if poppy is playing... lola runs up like the nosy younger kid wanting to know what she is doing... its cute.
