Dreamer

The last couple of months, we have our 1 year old Bichon sleeping at night with us in the room, now that house breaking is finished. Anyway, I noticed some weirdness cropping up and wonder if anyone else has experinced it. Only lately, when he is stretched out sleeping, he will start having some sort of nightmares. To the point where he starts lowly growling (but definately asleep), to the point where he has muffled barks and then full out barking (he even begins to "run" in his sleep, where he is on his side and the legs start going a mile a minute. It's all kind of funny and cute in a way, but I know he is not liking whatever it is that is peeing him off. One day i will video it, but anyway, I have been waking him up and he gets scared and confused, and then crawls in with us. Just like a young child.

Anyone else experince these? Any funny "dream" stories?

And it's completely normal

This might be normal, but in the past if my dog is growling and barking, I wake her up. It is like us having a nightmare. You can tell if it is only a dream but if it is a nightmare I don't want her to be stressed.
